A handmade cobalt blue vintage dress with a 42-inch bust and 36-inch waist. Likely sewn at home in the 60s or 70s — the construction has the small hand-finished details (overlocked seams, hand-tacked hem) that you don't see in factory-made pieces. Some yellowing is visible in places (see photographs).
