Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Fleurish Grounds ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. If you'd like to order from outside the US, email hello@fleurishgrounds.com and we'll see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We're a small operation, so orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business week. You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

Plants and live goods

Live plants require careful handling and weather-appropriate timing. We do our best to ship plants on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays so they aren't sitting in a warehouse over a weekend. During extreme cold or heat, we may delay shipment to protect the plant — we'll email you if that's the case.

Larger plants (10" or taller) ship with extra protective packaging. If you have questions about a specific plant before ordering, please email us.

Vintage and fragile items

Vintage items, ceramics, and glass are packaged with care. If anything arrives damaged, please email hello@fleurishgrounds.com with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are in the carrier's hands. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days or your package is marked delivered but missing, email us and we'll help track it down.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a typo immediately after ordering, email us right away — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct it.
