Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are no refunds on vintage items, sale items, or gift cards.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@fleurishgrounds.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions on how to ship it back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at hello@fleurishgrounds.com and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Some items can't be returned, including:

  • Vintage and one-of-a-kind items
  • Personal care goods (bath products, smudge sticks, etc.)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without justification. The item must still be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take additional time to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, please email hello@fleurishgrounds.com.
