Where we ship
We ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. If you're outside the US and have your eye on something specific, email hello@fleurishgrounds.com and we'll see what's possible.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We're a small team, so orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business week. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and where it's going. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.
Vintage and fragile items
Vintage clothing, ceramics, and glassware get padded packaging. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@fleurishgrounds.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it.
Lost or missing packages
Once a package leaves us, the carrier handles delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help track it down.
Address mistakes
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a typo right after ordering, email us immediately — if it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct it.
