Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. International shipping isn't currently available — email us at hello@fleurishgrounds.com if you'd like to inquire about a specific situation.

How long does it take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once it ships, transit time depends on the carrier and your location.

Returns

What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on most items in original condition. Vintage, sale items, personal care goods, and gift cards are final sale. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@fleurishgrounds.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you the return address and instructions if it's approved.

Vintage

How does sizing work for vintage?
Vintage sizing varies wildly from era to era and brand to brand. We list measurements (bust, waist, hip, inseam) on every vintage piece rather than relying on the tag size — measure something you already own and love, then compare.

Are vintage items in perfect condition?
No, and that's part of the deal. We note any wear, stains, or repairs in the product description, and our photographs show what you'll receive. Minor flaws are part of vintage's character; major issues are flagged or discounted.

Can I return vintage?
Vintage items are final sale. We do our best to describe each piece accurately with detailed measurements and photos. If anything arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, email us right away.

Orders

I made a mistake on my order. Can I fix it?
Email us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct an address or remove an item.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at checkout, but if you want something gift-wrapped, mention it in the order notes or email us — we'll do our best.
